PVC corners protecting staff is designed for protect the wall corners, which is widely used in constructing, decorating and renovating houses. Instead of the traditional method of finishing the wall corners by hand or simple tools, the production can be used with the main construction and operated simply, which can enhances the efficiency by 2-5 times, simplifies the construction procedure, quickens the construction speed, reduces the project cost and increases the project quality. The product has advantages like highly anti-corrosion, resisting shock, anti-aging, cohesive, and sufficiently combining with putty, which improve the shock resistance of the wall and keep the wall corner away from destroying for a long term.

Advantages of the Equipments:
1. The extruder: the main engine is transmitted by the high precision hard tooth surface, and drived by frequency controller. The extruder with no oil stain makes low noise and consumes very low power. The subuliform twin-screw can extrude the PVC material into powders directly without the prilling. The screw charging barrel is made of the high strength alloy steel (38CrMoALA) or high strength dual alloy, which makes it service long.
2. The mould: it has a high output that can output 4 or 6 per time, and the products of which are in uniform material and high quality.
3. The finalizing platform: used in adjusting products in 3Ds and the four directions of up & down, front & back, the platform has an active length of 2 meters and multiple cooling and finalizing channels, which increase the speed, improve the efficiency and lower the power consumption.
4. 1.2m caterpillar-tractor: it adopts two sets of independent motor driving the belt to adjust the pulling speed independently, stabilize the PCV Internal & External Corners forming process and increase the product percent of pass.
5. Automatic high-speed eyelet machine (including the cutting device): controlling speed by frequency conversion, it can produce artistic and uniform eyelets continuously cooperated with the dragger.
6. The cutting device: punching pneumatically and being equipped with alloy blades, auto metering device and auto placing product shelf, it reduces the labor cost.
